Circle A Family Rodeo AWARDS BANQUET will be Saturday, September 23, 2016 at 5:00pm, at the Extension Building at SEWC Fairgrounds. We will have a pot luck supper, auction, and of course, year-end awards! PLEASE READ BELOW IN ITS ENTIRETY!
AWARDS AND FUN!
Every rodeo participant will receive a Circle A t-shirt, and we will have a viewing of the year end DVD Circle A photos set to music. Awards will be presented in each event and division, we will have a few special awards, as well as the coveted All-Around awards.
If your last name starts with M-Z, please bring a main dish or a side dish, if it begins with A-L, please bring a dessert or salad. Circle A will provide BBQ pork as well plates, flatware, napkins, non-alcoholic drinks, tables and chairs. You are welcome to bring family and friends to celebrate the rodeo season and bid on the auction items! (Just remember to plan your potluck item accordingly so there is enough to go around.) Feel free to bring and enjoy your own alcoholic beverages, and it wouldn't hurt to bring a couple extra chairs as well.
Donations will be accepted for the auction items- please consider donating an item that you think will be desirable and is new, or soliciting an area business to donate an item or service! We ask that if you donate an item please make a good faith effort to provide new condition, quality merchandise- something you would want for yourself. Items will be auctioned off using both the silent auction and live auction methods. Circle A Family Rodeo is 100% volunteer run, with all auction proceeds benefiting your organization.
